Why we are not selling ghee @ 800/ Litre
To get one litre of ghee we need around 23 to 26 litres of milk. After heating it is converted into curd then got yellowish Makkhan with traditional Bilona method. From this makkhan we get Gauchar golden ghee. Now you can assume that why we are not selling at normal ghee price.
Difference between Normal Ghee and Traditional Bilona Ghee
Normal Ghee is a factory made product which is sold gernally at 600 to 900/ litre . But our ghee is prepared at home with 23 to 26 litres of milk. You can calculate the milk value and decide by yourself. We are trusted you can see our cows life and making process. While you cannot enter factory to see what they are doing inside. We are open with our purity.
Concept of A2 in terms of Ghee ?
A2 is a kind of protein which is found in milk and there is no protein in Ghee. We can’t say A2 ghee but we can write ghee made with A2 milk.
